Guidelines for Personal Essay:
1) Describe your personal goals for attending the workshop, including the basis of your interest and what you hope to accomplish in the four weeks.
2) Are there specific skill sets you hope to addres and work on during the workshop?
3) Is there a specific project you hope to work on?
     If your answer is yes:
     Please describe your project idea in as much detail as possible, including any resources you may need to complete the project and how many people it would potentially involve.
4) How do you envision yourself being helpful to other members of the workshop?
     What role do you see yourself playing within the workshop community?
